2nd Annual Almost Impossible Scavenger Hunt

It's time to start giving some details about the 2006 edition of the Quest scavenger hunt. Please note, all details are subject to modification...

When: Friday, May 26 through Monday, May 29. Orientation will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday night at the church. You must return with all your items by 7:00 p.m. on Monday night. There will be at least one optional check in on Saturday and Sunday. While the entire holiday weekend is available to you, there is no requirement that you participate during the entire time.

Who: This year, the Scavenger Hunt is open to anyone! You do not need to be affiliated with Quest or True North. Teams must have at least 3 members. There is no maximum team size, but you must be able to fit into one vehicle. Teams must have at least one member who is 18 or older to act as driver. If you are going to leave the Chicago metro area, you must have at least one team member who is 21 or older.

Where: All over the Chicagoland, and beyond. Most items are in the greater Chicago area, but there will be opportunities to turn the Scavenger Hunt into a road trip if that is what you want.

How much: This year there will be a $5 entry fee per person, with a maximum of $15 per family.

The List: The List is still in development, but already has more than 400 items. Like last year, The List will ask you to find items, retrieve pieces of information, and take pictures. Also, the puzzles section will be back by popular demand.

Keep watching for more information.
