This might be taking cost consciousness too far

I understand wanting to save money when planning a wedding. Weddings have gotten bigger and bigger, and there are just way too many things that you can spend your money on. And too many of the things you can spend money on cost too much. I understand wanting to cut some cost corners. But I think having a wedding dress made out of toilet paper and getting married in a public restroom is taking things a little too far...
